Description
Chandam – Institute of Percussive Studies was started in 2003 by Ramana Indrakumar. He was awarded the title “Mridanga Jyothi” by the Varasithi Vinayagar Temple of Canada in acknowledgement of his achievements in the field of music. The goal of Chandam is to introduce Carnatic music to students in a manner that will enable them to understand and enjoy this special art form.
